Single Serving Marinara
Welcome to my pre-pandemic business venture that fell through. One day I'll open a vegan Italian restaurant though...mark my words.
Before COVID-19 hit, I decided to make these single serving, 2oz jars of my homemade marinara to give away as a leave behind. I then decided to fully commit to the bit and brand myself as sauce.
After career fair, I was fondly known as sauce girl, but I truly couldn't think of a better way to showcase my authentic Italian self. Through this endeavor, I learned about every jarring method known to man, and even bought a pressure cooker. When all was said and done, I sealed these tiny jars with wax lids.
To my knowledge, no one was food poisoned.
